How a Fanvue agency runs every creator from one login

A Fanvue management agency is, day to day, a promo operation. Each creator has a Fanvue page and four or five mainstream accounts that feed it (Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, sometimes Facebook or YouTube), and the agency keeps all of it posting on a rhythm while the creator makes content. Multiply by ten creators and you have fifty or sixty accounts, half a dozen logins per creator, and a pricing problem with every scheduler you look at. This is the setup we run with agency partners now that workspaces are live: one login, one workspace per creator, Fanvue through the official API, and a bill that doesn't climb with every creator you sign.

The shape of the problem

Three things make Fanvue agency work harder than ordinary social media management. Mainstream schedulers won't touch Fanvue, so Fanvue posts get done by hand or through a browser bot that risks the creator's account. The promo accounts live on platforms whose rules about adult-adjacent links and personas are strict and unevenly enforced, so one careless post can cost a creator their biggest funnel. And the tools that do handle multiple clients charge per account or per seat, which for ten creators on five platforms each is fifty accounts' worth of fees. The ten-client comparison we ran across nine tools came to $69–480 a month, and none of those nine connects to Fanvue.

One workspace per creator

In Smart Post Studio a workspace is a full set of all eight platforms with its own connected accounts, calendar, brand voice, best-time heatmap, media library and email list. For an agency that maps exactly onto a creator. Create a workspace named after the creator, connect her Fanvue through Fanvue's official API (our App Store listing is in review) and her promo accounts through each platform's own login window, set the brand voice once, and that workspace is hers. Nothing in it can be posted to another creator's accounts; the other creators' accounts don't exist in that view.

You switch creators from the workspace menu at the top of the app. Every paid plan includes one workspace; the packs add five for $5 a month or ten for $10. Ten creators on the Scheduler plan is $8 + $10 = $18 a month, flat, whether each creator has two accounts or eight. Packs are bought from the workspace menu ("+ New workspace") or at buy.smartpoststudio.com, and bill monthly or yearly. One agency partner runs five creators plus the agency's own brand this way; the setup took an afternoon, most of it waiting on platform login windows.

Fanvue and the promo accounts in one calendar

The point of the single calendar is the funnel. A Fanvue post on Friday evening, the teaser for it on Instagram and Threads that afternoon, the X thread an hour before, the TikTok the next morning pointing at the link in bio. In one workspace you see the whole sequence for that creator and can tell at a glance when the promo is running but the Fanvue post isn't scheduled, which is the mistake that wastes the most reach. The composer shows which platforms each post is going to, so a Fanvue-only post can't accidentally be selected for Instagram. For the mechanics of the Fanvue side, including why browser automation is a bad trade, see how to schedule Fanvue posts; for timing, best times to post on Fanvue.

One AI connector for every creator

Most agencies we talk to already draft captions in Claude or ChatGPT. The slow part is the paste: ten creators, ten chats, ten copy-pastes into the right workspace, and the wrong-creator paste is a real incident. With MCP you connect the AI to Smart Post Studio once and it sees every workspace on the account. "List my workspaces" gives it the creators; "draft three Instagram teasers for Mia in her voice and schedule them for her best times, then two X posts for Nora" is one conversation. Everything it writes lands in the queue for your approval; there is deliberately no instant-publish tool, so an agent can't post something a creator hasn't seen. There is no per-message cap on the connector. If an assistant should only ever touch one creator, create its token while viewing that workspace and it's locked there.

On the Studio plans, Sol does the same job from inside the app: it reads a creator's media library and proposes a month, platforms per post, captions in that creator's voice, times from her heatmap. The 300 monthly generations are one pool across all workspaces, so an agency running ten creators through Sol will top up ($19 for 800, never expire). An agency bringing its own AI over MCP uses none of them.

Keeping the creators' accounts alive

This is the part agencies get wrong most often, and it's the part that costs the most. One of our own X accounts was suspended in October, which sent us back to the X, Meta and TikTok policy pages; the result is the rules that get creator accounts banned, with the checklist we now run before anything is scheduled. The short version for agencies:

What we don't do yet

Honest limits. Every account is single-user: there are no team seats, no roles, no approval step where a creator signs off before a post goes out. If your agency needs that, Planable does it well and we don't. Workspaces are web-app only for now; the desktop app posts into your main workspace until release 1.8.0. And OnlyFans has no public API, so no scheduler, ours included, can post to it; for OnlyFans creators we schedule the promo accounts that feed the page (see OnlyFans vs Fanvue for creators). Team seats are on the roadmap, and the agency setup is new, so email support@smartpoststudio.com with what would make it better; the workspace features above exist because one partner asked.

Setting it up

  1. Start the free trial in the browser (no card). Your first workspace is ready on sign-up.
  2. Choose Scheduler ($8) or a Studio plan, then open the workspace menu and add the pack you need: +5 ($5/mo) or +10 ($10/mo).
  3. Create a workspace per creator. In each one, connect Fanvue and the promo accounts through their own login windows, and set the brand voice.
  4. Optional: add the MCP connector to Claude or ChatGPT once. It sees every creator.
  5. Batch the week per creator, approve once, watch the Failed markers. More on the agency page: smartpoststudio.com/for/agencies, and the Fanvue page: smartpoststudio.com/for/fanvue-creators.

TL;DR: A Fanvue agency setup that works: one login, one workspace per creator (Fanvue on the official API plus the promo accounts in the same calendar), one AI connector that reaches every creator with nothing publishing unapproved, and packs of workspaces at a dollar each, so ten creators is $18 a month. Keep passwords out of every tool, keep explicit content on Fanvue, caption per creator per platform, and read the platform rules before the first post.

Run the system without the busywork.

Smart Post Studio schedules a week of posts across all eight platforms from your Mac or PC — or straight from the cloud. 14-day free trial, from $8/month.
