The absences: no LinkedIn on the free plan, and no X at all — X is a +$5/month per-account add-on even on paid tiers. And twenty posts a month across all your networks is under one post a day, total. 3. Publer — generous accounts, brutal history

3 social accounts (X excluded), 10 scheduled posts per account, 25 drafts — comparable to Buffer on paper. The catch nobody notices until it bites: free post history is 24 hours. 4. The platforms' own schedulers — actually free, forever

The roundups skip these because nobody earns an affiliate commission on them. Meta Business Suite schedules Facebook and Instagram (posts, Reels, Stories) free. TikTok's native scheduler works from the web — its real limit is the 10-day advance window, which rules out monthly batching. YouTube Studio schedules uploads free. The trade: three separate dashboards, no cross-posting, no unified calendar, no analytics across platforms.
